This ain’t right.
This morning I walked my doggie in running shorts and a light long sleeve running shirt and then I ran in my summer running gear. And I was too warm! I considered going au naturel, but I didn’t want to scare local children and small animals. 
It hit 68 in my neck of the woods this afternoon – on the second of December!
It’s not that we haven’t had bouts of unseasonable weather before, but this one’s going on four days and typically it takes some hellacious south winds to drive December temperatures to a this mid spring level. But today prevailing lightish wind was out of the north!
And now I’m sitting here in a short sleeve shirt with my home office window open!
This ain’t right.
This is like last December. Will we have another long, hot, dry summer?
We already have the long, hot summer going on right now, with both the IL Legislature Fall Veto session and Fiscal Cliff negotiations in DC, we got enough hot air to last us until next December.
