This is the July 28, 2016 edition of Ward & Jones!

Thanks to our Producer Dave Weiser who filled in as my foil to discuss matters such as:

  • Larry’s wife’s passing
  • Why Bernie supports should take heart and continue the work
  • Military service for first time DuPage offenders?
  • The Kane County Sheriff doesn’t understand budgets

Monday! Larry will be back when we have a conversation with 66th District Democratic State Rep candidate Nancy Zetler. Until then…

This is the July 25, 2016 edition of Ward & Jones

First, Larry and I want to thank Rachel Hoover for coming on the show an explaining her fight to wear a spaghetti strainer in her drivers license picture. As a minister in The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, all I can say is, when will the Secretary of State stop persecuting my people?

Then Kurt Kozjarek and I covered a lot more including military service as a DuPage county first offender sentencing option. It makes me very nervous.

We’ll be back on Thursday! Until then…

Hoover

This is the July 18, 2016 Edition of Ward & Jones!

Once again, Larry and I want to thank supersub Kurt Kozjarek for filling in and cogently covering:

  • What religious freedom really means
  • Jeff Ward is now a minister
  • Whether or not Mike Pence is a good VP pick
  • The craziness we call Campton Hills
  • And why Pokemon Go is a plague.

Thursday! Larry will be back when we hope to have Pastafarian Rachael Hoover on the show to discuss how the DMV is persecuting our people, until then!

This is the July 14, 2016 edition of Ward & Jones!

And Larry and I truly want to than Sean Stegall for coming on the show and talking about what it was like to work for Elgin for 16 years! We at Ward & Jones certainly wish him well as he moves to Cary, North Carolina!

Monday! Kurt will be back when we talk about VP picks, the County budget, and, believe it or not, the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster! Until then…

Lary, Sean, and Jeff

This is the July 11, 2016 edition of Left, Right and You!

And the Smiling Conservative and I want to thank Elgin Police Chief Jeff Swoboda for coming on the show and talking about the EPD’s efforts to prevent what just occurred in Louisiana and Minnesota.

The bottom line is screening and training!

But why listen to me when you can listen to the show:

We hope to have departing Elgin City Manager Sean Stegall on Thursday! Until then…

Stuck 2

Left, Right and You at 9 on 1410

In light of Dallas, Louisiana, and Minnesota, Elgin Police Chief Jeff Swoboda will join me to discuss solutions. We certainly hope you’ll join us and call 847-931-1410 with any questions for the Chief.

The only place you get this kind of in-depth analysis is Left, Right and You, Mondays at 9 a.m. and Thursdays at 3 p.m. with Larry Jones and me, the Curmudgeonly Liberal, on WRMN AM1410.

Left, Right and You is comin’ up at 3 p.m.

On WRMN AM1410 no less!

With supersub Kurt Kozjarek filling in one more time, we will provide you with a certain political satori on the following political possibilities:

  • The Left, Right and You Sport Report on the Bulls
  • Why Jeff Ward has learned to hate liberals (Hint: If you force a private citizen to take down a Nazi flag, you are a Nazi!)
  • Elgin Police Chief Swoboda goes to Harvard!
  • Is the attempt to merge the KC Clerk and Recorders offices the result of a political vendetta?
  • Kane County just distributed riverboat grants, but was it really as political as DH reporter Jim Fuller suggested?

And your on-topic phone calls at 847-931-1410.

The only place you get this kind of in-depth political analysis is Left, Right and You, Mondays at 9 a.m. and Thursdays at 3 p.m. with Larry Jones and me, the Curmudgeonly Liberal, on WRMN AM1410. Don’t miss it!

Jeff Ward

This is the June 30, 2016 edition of Left, Right and You!

With Jeff Ward on a mysterious wild goose chase in New York, it was Larry’s turn to fly the LR&Y rocket solo. Of course, how could he go wrong with Elgin Fire Chief John Fahy. But why listen to me when you can listen to the show:

We’re taking Monday off, but the smiling conservative and I will be back in the saddle on Thursday, July 7 when we’ll have plenty to discuss! Until then…
