Larry and I can’t thank Elgin Mayor Dave Kaptain and Elgin Police Chief Jeff Swoboda for stopping by to help us kick off our new early week festivities.They’re always such great and gracious guests!
We not only discussed a number of EPD initiatives, but the Mayor provided our listeners with his opening statement as we head into the April 7th election.
