We have a great show for you folks! It starts with always outspoken (and usually dead on) McHenry State Rep Jack Franks. Jack has been rather vocal about how Northstar, the private company that runs the Illinois Lottery, has not lived up to their own expectations. He want Governer Quinn to make a change.
Then Tim and I will take on what folks are calling the “Grandma Casinos.” These small gambling venues are an unintended consequence of the new video gaming statue, they target the Grand Victoria’s prime customers, and they’re popping up all over the Fox Valley.
What’s worse is, they don’t have to play by the same strict rules as the gambling boats do.
