The "system" works! – The First Ward

So let’s review class! Most pundits love to make predictions, but then they refuse to face the music when the results are in. But that’s not the case here.
The system predicted Tammy Duckworth would best Joe Walsh by 9 points in the 8th and it looks like she’ll do just that. Goodbye Joe, you won’t be missed.
It said that Roskam would win the 6th in a big way and that too came to pass.
But the biggest surprise has to be in the 10th Congressional District where Brad Schneider actually did manage to upset Bob Dold. To be fair, it was a lot closer than the system predicted, but I’m still stunned that a Democrat prevailed in that race.
While it’s true I said the 11th it was too close to call, I’m surprised that Foster won by 58 to 42. This is, by far, is the most disappointing result of this election. Ah well, at least I’ll have something to write about for the next two years.
