First, Larry and I promise we will answer listener Joan’s referendum questions this morning. And we do have the answers! Then, in our second mini-candidate forum, Elgin City Councilwomen Tish Powell and Rose Martinez will join us in the studio.
Employing a non-debate format, Larry and I will ask the candidates a number of open ended questions intended to elicit their best thoughts on The City in The Suburbs.
