Kirk Dillard was clear, concise and realistic about venturing into that RTA minefield. It’s gonna be a tough road to hoe, but if anyone can pull it of, it’s the almost former State Senator.
And if you want to be enlightened about the chances of the new Quad St. Charles surviving, you’ve come to the right place. Larry and I may disagree on this one, but we’re both worried by the fact that the developer has already delayed the project by six months.
